Swingers started in 2014 as a pop-up in Shoreditch, London, founded by Matt Grech-Smith and Jeremy Simmonds to test the concept of combining crazy golf with cocktails and street food. The success of this pop-up led to the first permanent location opening in the City of London in May 2016, followed by a second venue in Oxford Circus in 2018.
Expanding to the US, Swingers opened a Washington, D.C. site in June 2021 and a Manhattan, NYC location in June 2022, with more locations on the way.
