Redeeming A Gift Card
Choose from pre-set amount of £20, £30, £50 or £100 - or customise the amount your wish to spend. Minimum spend of £10.
At the moment, only digital gift cards are available for purchase.
When you arrive at the venue, just provide your gift card number, or the QR code on your digital gift card, to our reception team.
Simply select 'Check Card Balance' at the top of this page.
You'll be taken to a page where you can pop in your gift card number and check your balance.
Digital gift cards purchased online can be emailed directly to your recipient - just enter their email address at checkout.
If you prefer, you can input your email address to have it sent to you to print or forward to your chosen recipient.
Yes, you can choose to send the digital gift card as soon as the purchase is complete.
Alternatively, you can choose to send it at a later date of your choosing during checkout.

UK gift cards are valid in our West End, London venue only.
US gift cards are valid in US venues only but can be used in any US venue (Las Vegas, New York, Washington DC) you find yourself in.

Gift cards are not redeemable on pre-set packages.
Gift cards can only be redeemed at the venue, they can’t be used to book Swingers experiences online.
Swingers gift cards are only available to redeem in our venues. However, guests wishing to reserve a specific date and time can email WestEndInfo@Swingers.club to request a booking. Please allow at least 7 business days’ notice for our team to manually confirm your reservation.
Sessions are subject to availability and we can’t guarantee your preferred time will be available.
Yes. Swingers Gift Cards expire one year from the purchase date.
Terms & Conditions: Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in-venue at Swingers West End and are not valid for online bookings. All sessions are subject to availability on the date of visit, but our venue teams will always do their best to book guests in as soon as a spot is available.
