Attending the venue

Swinging is all about having fun and we don’t want to have lots of rules that stop this happening. However, to ensure that all our guests have a great time there are a few friendly guidelines we need you and your party to understand.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. All bookings are subject to availability and prices may vary.

Late Arrival Policy 

If you are running late for your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please note that this cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your booking at no additional charge if your booking is more than 48 hours away. 

Rescheduling is subject at all times to availability, and while we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that we may not be able to offer your preferred choice of rescheduled booking times.

Cancellation and Refunds

All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation and tickets are non-refundable. If your booking is more than 48 hours away, you can contact us via email or phone to change your session time and/or date, or to upgrade your booking. Please note that we cannot offer pro rata refunds or discounts to fees in the event party sizes are reduced. Changes are subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

No changes can be made within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation.

If you’re unable to find a new date, you can transfer your tickets to someone else by sharing your confirmation email or having them check in under the booking name.

No-Show Policy

Since all bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation, failure to attend your scheduled session will result in no refund, and your booking will be considered forfeited.

Pet/Service Dog Policy

We do not allow pets on the premises, with the exception of service animals, which are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Special Requirements

We are fully accessible for all guests. If you have any special requirements or specific needs, please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure the best experience possible for all members of your group.

Carnival Games Out of Order 

While we strive to maintain all Carnival games in working order, some games may be temporarily unavailable due to breakdown, safety concerns or essential maintenance. if this happens, we will offer alternatives or reschedule your experience.

Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or other failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, public disorder, adverse weather conditions, acts or orders of public authorities or government restrictions.

Privacy and Cookie Policy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy and Cookie Policy which outlines how we handle your personal data.

ID policy 

Swingers is an 18+ venue with a strict Challenge 25 policy (except for family sessions as noted in Family Policy). Guests who are 25 or under, or appear under 25, must show valid photo ID in its original form on arrival. Accepted IDs include passports, UK driving licenses, or cards with the PASS logo. Entry will be denied without valid ID, and no refunds will be given.

Family Policy 

Family sessions only available on Sundays. Crazy golf recommended for those aged 7+. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times. Under 18s must vacate the venue by 6pm.

Food and Drink

We kindly request that guests don't bring food from outside into the venue. For celebrations, guests can pre-order a variety of delicious treats. Please contact our sales team directly at LondonEvents@swingers.club to place your order.

Safety and Security

Your safety is our priority. Guests must behave responsibly throughout their visit. Swingers reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a risk to others. Security searches may be conducted on entry. Use of games, courses and facilities is at your own risk, and guests must follow staff instructions. Swingers is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Promoted Events  

Swingers does not permit tickets to be resold to any private event without prior authorisation. The use of third-party websites and promoters is prohibited. If an event organiser is found be reselling tickets to an event booked at Swingers, the booking in question may be cancelled and no refunds will be offered.

Photography and Video

At Swingers, we aim to capture the fun, energy, and unforgettable moments that make our venues so special. Please be aware that from time to time, professional photographers and videographers may be present in the venue to document the atmosphere for marketing purposes. By entering Swingers, you acknowledge and agree that your likeness may be captured in photography or video and used in our marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising campaigns.

If you prefer not to be featured, please notify a member of our team upon arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Group Bookings

Group bookings made through our sales team are subject to our terms and conditions outlined below by your sales rep. Please contact your sales rep or email our team on westendevents@swingers.club for more information. Upon processing the initial payment, you agree to the Swingers UK Terms and Conditions. 

Payment and confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your initial, non-refundable payment. Your payment options and schedule is dependent on your booking type and how far in advance you have booked.  

Upon processing the initial payment, the customer agrees to the Swingers UK Terms and Conditions.   

Part / full payment: The payment schedule and amounts are outlined on your booking's checkout page. If part payment is available at check out, the total amount will be divided into two equal instalments. The first instalment is due at the time of booking, with the balance due as specified in the schedule. Full payment may also be made at the time of booking.  

Payment plan: Payment plans are available dependent on your booking type and available 2 months out from your event date. Depending on the booking window, the total amount will be divided into a maximum of four equal instalments. The first instalment is due at time of booking, the subsequent instalments will be automatically charged to your preferred payment method, on a monthly basis until the full balance is paid.   

If your preferred payment method fails to be charged, an automatic email will be sent and two charges will be attempted at one-week intervals. After three failed attempts, the payment plan will be cancelled and the booking will revert to full pre payment.   

The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit/Debit Card: Payments can be made using any major credit or debit card.  

Instant Bank Transfer (UK Customers Only): For customers based in the United Kingdom, payments can be made via instant bank transfer.   

Manual Bank Transfer: Payments can be made by manually transferring funds to the bank account details provided at check out  

Swingers reserves the right to cancel your booking without offering a refund if the balance is not settled by the due date.  

No handling or administrative charges will be applied by Swingers for bank transfers, credit or debit card payments. All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate. All prices quoted include a discretionary 10% service charge. [NB if it is a 'discretionary' charge you need to give the customer an option to remove or reduce it.] 


Cancellation Policy

Please email your Sales Manager if you wish to edit, cancel or postpone you event. We will send you an email to confirm your cancellation / amendment and if applicable the appropriate cancellation fee or refund due.  

In the event of your cancellation or postponement of the booking the following cancellation terms will apply:  

100 days or more prior to the booking date: Swingers will return the full deposit subject to a 10% administration charge which will be retained to cover our expenses;  

61 – 99 days prior to the booking date; Swingers will be entitled to apply a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total amount you have paid for your booking;   

31 – 60 days prior to the booking date:  Swingers will be entitled to apply a cancellation charge equal to 80% of the total amount have paid for your booking;   

0 – 30 days prior to the booking date: Swingers will be entitled to apply a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total amount have paid for your booking.  

You will also be responsible for reimbursing us for any special items requested by you and paid for by us as of the date of cancellation or postponement (including any penalty charges).  

Swingers does not permit tickets to be resold to any private event without prior authorisation. The use of third-party websites and promoters is prohibited. If an event organiser is found be reselling tickets to an event booked at Swingers, the booking in question may be cancelled and no refunds will be offered. will not be eligible for a refund. 


Other  

Adding additional guests on to your booking is subject to availability. 

Package bookings with an area included are advised that Swingers cannot guarantee which area you will be in on the day of the event itself. 

If you are booking for over 24 guests, Swingers will require a food and/or drinks pre-order from your group; this is to ensure service to your group runs as smoothly as possible on the day itself. 

Please note our terrace is not an all-weather space. In the event of extreme weather, we will try to reaccommodate your booking inside. If we are unable to reaccommodate your booking, we will offer you a credit to be used within two months of your original booking date, subject to availability, and excluding Christmas event season. All contractual costs and obligations will remain as agreed.
